* At 919 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Saint Martin Island to 24 nm south of Rogers
  City, moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
