Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 29.6 inch low over the central Great Lakes this morning will move slowly east, just to the north of Lake Ontario by this evening, then will weaken into a trough as it slowly drifts over eastern New York and New England Thursday. A 30.0 inch high will then build from the central Great Lakes and Ohio Valley Thursday night to the lower Great Lakes and Mid Atlantic Friday, then off the Carolina coast Saturday. A 29.3 inch low over the central Plains will then push its' warm front into the lower Great Lakes region Sunday and Sunday night.
