A warm front drifts northeastward across Lake Erie tonight as a weak ridge averaging 29.80 inches exits eastward. A cold front sweeps eastward across the lake Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday night as a triple point low develops in vicinity of southern Ontario and Lake Huron, and deepens to 29.30 inches. The low is expected to wobble generally eastward to the northeastern United States on Thursday through Friday night and then wobble northeastward to the Canadian Maritimes this weekend while deepening gradually to 29.10 inches. This low will allow a trough averaging 29.70 inches to linger over Lake Erie through Friday night before a ridge averaging 30.00 inches begins to build from the Upper Midwest this weekend.
