WHERE: HIGHWAY 3 - PAULSON SUMMIT TO KOOTENAY PASS. WHEN: ENDING LATE THIS AFTERNOON. HAZARD / IMPACTS: - SNOWFALL CAN CAUSE REDUCED VISIBILITY. - EXPECT WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS. REMARKS: THE PACIFIC FRONTAL SYSTEM IMPACTING HIGHWAY 3 - PAULSON SUMMIT TO KOOTENAY PASS WILL PASS LATER THIS AFTERNOON. IN BEHIND, THE AREA WILL REMAIN UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A COOLER AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS, WHICH MAY RESULT IN CONVECTIVE FLURRIES TONIGHT.
