  southern Uinta County.

* WHERE...In Utah, Wasatch Back. In Wyoming, Southwest Wyoming.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are possible at times,
  especially Tuesday morning. The hazardous conditions could impact
  the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
