New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A broad area of low pressure
across the Gulf of Maine will track NE tonight while pulling a
strong cold front E across the waters through early Tue. A series
of secondary cold fronts or low pressure troughs will cross the
area Tue through Wed. High pressure will gradually build E across
the waters late Wed into Wed night then persist through Thu while
weakening slightly. Low pressure will approach E portions Wed
night into Thu and remain SE of the waters. The high will then
strengthen as it moves offshore Fri and persists through Sat
night.
