...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern
Whiteside and northeastern Bureau Counties through 715 PM CDT...

At 643 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Walnut, or 14 miles northwest of Princeton, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects
         is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Walnut, La Moille, Deer Grove, Ohio, Cherry, Arlington, Zearing,
Kasbeer, Van Orin, and Normandy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring and may lead to localized flooding.
Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. Stay away from
flooded areas. Report any flooding to local law enforcement.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
