...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern Bureau
and Putnam Counties through 1230 AM CDT...

At 1138 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bradford, or 11 miles northeast of Wyoming, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Strong winds could break small tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Hennepin, Spring Valley, Granville, Bureau Junction, McNabb, Putnam,
Mark, Magnolia, Standard, Milo, Lake Thunderbird, Florid, and Lone
Tree Corners.

This includes Interstate 180 between mile markers 1 and 3.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring and may lead to localized flooding.
Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. Stay away from
flooded areas. Report any flooding to local law enforcement.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for
north central Illinois.
