At 242 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Spalding to near St. Paul. Movement was
east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Palmer and Cushing around 250 PM CDT.
  Belgrade around 300 PM CDT.
